I'm new here, and thought I would say hi. I'm really more of a designer and animator than I am a traditional artist, but Anime has been one of my biggest influences, so I guess I kind of fit here. I wish I had a website to show you some of my work, but I have stayed pretty much out of the whole web scene until now, and I am just starting to work up a site now.
Also, I have over 15 years of video production and animation experience, so if anyone ever needs help getting their project that last step to video/DVD/film, or whatever, I would be more than happy to give helpful advice and tips. Oh, and I use to work at ADV Films, so have even worked on Anime for a living.
I look forward to meeting you all, and hope to make some new friends.

Re: Hello to everyone.
Wed, February 11, 2004 - 8:11 AMHi there. Cool that you have had such experience. I always wondered how animation is actually made these days. Do people still draw the frames on cells or is all computer generated now? -

Wed, February 11, 2004 - 1:58 PMEveryone uses computers now days. Although, I have seen a lot of smaller studios where using a computer just meant drawing every frame in photoshop, as opposed to using a dedicated ink and paint system designed for animation. -

Wed, February 11, 2004 - 4:46 PMHi Lee,
Welcome, you're a great addition to the anime artists tribe!
I also don't have a website, or am working on one...but I always enjoy looking at other artist's work, so when you're site's up an running, it'd be great to take a look at it!
:D
